offers your team the opportunity to prepare for
its next season. Whether you coach, or are involved in a
Recreation, AAU, High School, or Collegiate Sports
Program, we will train your athletes so you can focus on
skill development and the X’s and O’s. This important
and extremely focused training is geared toward teaching
proper running mechanics, changed of direction body
positions, acceleration and deceleration techniques and
total body conditioning.
This is purely a Pre-Season
training program that can be utilized over a 6 or 8 week
period before the season starts. When you want your team
to be ready on a physically and mentally conditioned
level, this is the training program for them. We will
provide all the necessary equipment, knowledge and
expertise that can help drive your team toward becoming
competitive or building a championship program.
