Group Performance Training

Our Group Performance Training Program is geared to a small group of athletes who want to train with teammates for their particular sport and reap the benefits of working together toward a common goal. Our groups range from 3-6 athletes per session which allows for a lower cost per athlete as well as building competition and comradery amongst fellow athletes.

Our goal for this type of program is to prepare each athlete in the group for his or her particular sport or to become a better athlete in general. We commonly see each member of the group gel together, which ultimately leads to TEAMwork on and off the field. We find this to be extremely valuable particularly with Jr. and Sr. High School athletes. This program can be utilized by college athletes as well.

All aspects of athletic performance enhancement will be taught and coached to each individual from the first session right up to the start of the season. The following are some of the factors we feel are important in building a highly-prepared athlete at any level:

bullet Posture and Balance
bullet Functional Flexibility
bullet First-Step Quickness
bullet Core Stability & Strength
bullet Total Body Strength & Power
bullet Mentally Focused and "I Can" Attitude

*When considering this program, it is important that all athletes involved are within a couple of years of each other. One to three years, at most, is typically the best scenario for a successful program. Please feel free to contact us regarding how to take advantage of this exciting and valuable program at any athletic level.
